We are one of the only butchers in Port Macquarie to provide premium dry aged beef. Available in various cuts including rib eye, rump and loin, you’ve never tasted beef quite like ours. We also smoke our own ham and bacon in-house, using our own unique blend of woodchips that will add a delicious smokiness to any meal.

Smoked In-house Ham & Bacon
Our bacon and hams are smoked in-house using an aromatic combination of smoky woodchips. Choose from rasher bacon to sliced ham off the bone, or even whole hams that are perfect for Christmas. We only use locally grown pork, with nitrate-free options available.
Biltong
Authentic South African style beef jerky made in-house using high-quality top-side steak. Available in chilli, teriyaki and original flavours, they’re perfect for snacking!
