Lighthouse Meat & Poultry is a locally owned and operated business located in Port Macquarie. Our owner, Kurt, took over the business 5 years ago to pursue his passion for meat and explore creative methods of meat preparation. With more than 24 years of experience as a butcher, Kurt has added his own spin on the products available, developing new recipes for marinades, sauces and producing his own smoked ham and bacon. 

As one of the only butchers in Port Macquarie to have premium dry aged beef, we take great pride in our selection, making sure every customer can find everything they want at our store. We support local businesses as much as we can, stocking a wide range of local, organic meats, honey, eggs and more.
